Such funds are UK-domiciled funds that would have had the value "UCITS" in field OFST160040 Type of EU Directive prior to the Implementation Period Completion Day (IPCD) of the withdrawal of the United Kingdom (UK) from the European Union (EU), and should have the value "AIF" in that field post-IPCD. The IPCD is defined in the EU (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020 as 31 December 2020 at 11pm (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2020/1/contents/enacted). |
